What are the delivery times?

Orders received will ship within 24-48 hours once an order is approved during normal business hours 8am - 5pm CST, Monday-Friday. Typically ship within 2 business days. In-transit times depend on the zone the package is being delivered. Average delivery times are 1- 5 days. While we try to do our best at getting items out to you as soon as possible, please note that some special orders items may take longer than the time frame given on the site to get to you. If you have a deadline, please cotact us to make sure we can get it to you in time.

What are the shipping costs?

Most shipping costs are $14.95 flat rate. (48 contiguous States)

Equipment, over-sized items, special orders, and materials requiring overnight delivery will incur additional charges and you will be notified of the additional charges. If you need an item rushed or overnighted, you will be responsible for the additional charges and we will let you know at the time of the order what those charges will be. Currently, we only offer ground shipping from our website. If you need a faster shipping method such as 2-Day Air or Over Night Shipping, please contact us, so we may help with your request.

How can I track my order?

Order Receipt Confirmation by Email- This will be the e-mail you receive concerning your order after it has been placed. When you submit an order, the information that you entered will be sent back to you to confirm that the information is correct. Tracking number will be sent within a day or two.

What is my order status?

A.

Whenever the status of your order changes, you will be able to check this online by logging into our website under "My Account" and then clicking on the "View" button next to the order you placed. Therefore you will be notified if there is any delay. If we are not able to ship your order, you will be notified of this by e-mail. The last status change will be that the order has been shipped. Furthermore we will send you an email with your tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your order right to your doorstep.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days the item is delivered to your doorstep. Restocking fees of 15% may apply depending on the reason for return.

I broke my item, and I need replacement parts, where can I get them?

A.

We currently do not offer any replacement parts. Please try any local medical store, or www.google.com for the specific part that you need.

An Item I want to order is out of stock, when will it be available again?

A.

We get new shipments at random times, please feel free to contact us regarding the availability of the item you would like to purchase.
